She has a diversified business background in all aspects of consulting, account management, sales management, marketing, technical support, and process management. Jill gained in-depth understanding of end-to-end business operations and processes through her involvement in small business management and expanded that in the corporate environment through ever increasing responsibilities including management of several mergers and acquisitions. Jill has
an uncommon broad base of experience and her ability to combine complex viewpoints with clear-headed simplicity has proven extremely valuable to her clients.
Jill specializes in the area of business process management and has worked with clients ranging from new ventures through Fortune 100 corporations. She has developed process management strategy, policies and procedures, organizational structures, developed training packages, and performed interim management functions. Jill is expert in leading cross-organizational design teams to identify improvement areas and ensure integration of organizational processes. Jill’s expertise lies in enabling clients to manage rapid change, bring order to chaos, and drive successful implementation. She has been referred to as an “accelerator” as she uses proprietary tools & methodologies in partnering with clients to quickly understand their current environment and to accelerate the development and execution of stable and efficient process solutions.

Jill received training from well-known experts in the quality and process management arenas including Michael Hammer and the Juran Institute. She attended the University of Alabama in Birmingham and gained an Executive MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She was a featured presenter and published author at the World Innovation and Strategy Conference (Sydney, 1998) and the International Conference on ISO 9000 and TQM (Singapore, 2000). Jill is a Microsoft Customer Relationship Management Specialist with certification as a Microsoft Business Management Solutions Specialist (MBSS 2008). She is a certified Lumina Spark Affiliate of
Lumina Learning (2010).
